Hey, this is my weight loss, fitness and dieting blog. Ive been on so many diets but this is the most amount of weight I have lost and this time its not a diet its a lifestyle change! Messed up today, from tomorrow I’m on a VERY strict diet for the next 8 days to make up for it until weigh in!
